What a STEAL!

I took a late lunch today and decided to pop into URBAN. Urban is one of my favorite places to shop downtown as they carry lines ranging in price from Juicy Couture, Rock & Republic, DIESEL, Citizens of Humanity etc to more affordable lines such as Vera Moda and ONLY... Their sale rack is always SO cheap and I have found some insane deals... Here's what I scored today:

Princess sleeve sweater with knitted polka dots in cream for only... Wait for it... $15!!!! Regularly $55 I LOVE this sweater..

There was only one left too...

Matches perfect with this $6 jean skirt I got from GAP on boxing day and my FAVORITE EMU boots I got from Town Shoes at the beginning of the season.

My heart goes out to Japan...

I've held off blogging all day because it's hard to concentrate on seemingly frivolous topics like SHOPPING and EATING when there are thousands of people around the world suffering as we speak. I had the privilege of visiting this picturesque country around eight years ago and the people and their spirit stole my heart.

Late last night James and I found out about the 8.9 earthquake in Japan via Twitter and were glued to CNN until 1:30 am. I have never seen anything like the footage broadcast of villages and cities being washed away and infernos being carried along in the destruction.

Lady Gaga has already launched a Earthquake Relief Wristband and all proceeds are going directly to Japan relief efforts.

Pray for Japan <3

What a STEAL!

I was on my way to run an errand this morning and I just thought I would pop into Purr in the +15's by The Bay... Oh MAN did they have a lot of discounted stuff!!! I spotted this blue and black plaid dress that I almost bought in November for the regular price of $88.. But I ended up getting this for $24.99 ?!?! What a STEAL!

Love the pockets and lace detail at the bottom. Fits like a glove too!

OWIEEEE! Look at the frost bite I got this morning from trying to get into my building. I work in an office building that is over a hundred years old and the lock sticks a lot... This was from gripping the metal door and trying to turn the lock... I have never had frostbite so painful!!! Feels like a put my hand on the oven... I NEED MITTENS!
